Traditional sealing solutions only block moisture without balancing internal cavity pressure. Under long-term temperature fluctuation, rain and dust, failures such as shell bulging, internal condensation and component short circuit frequently occur. With micro-pore structure, ePTFE waterproof breathable membrane realizes integrated protection of waterproof, dustproof and pressure relief to solve sealing pain points of all kinds of industrial precision equipment.
膜材采用膨体聚四氟乙烯基材，孔径0.2~0.5μm，小于水分子、大于空气分子，稳定达到IP66~IP68高防护等级；耐-40℃~130℃高低温、抗酸碱盐雾腐蚀、抗紫外线老化，长期使用透气性能不衰减。
Made of expanded PTFE substrate with 0.2~0.5μm pores smaller than water droplets but larger than air molecules, it stably reaches IP66~IP68 high protection rating. It resists temperature from -40℃ to 130℃, acid, alkali, salt spray and UV aging with stable air permeability for long service life.
